Hong Kong as Typhoon Ragasa carves destructive path- South China Morning Post video at Heating Planet blog

Water pours into a luxury hotel at the height of the typhoon. Maximum sustained winds were recorded at more than 130 km an hour 8 mph 81 mph. Water level levels rose rapidly. Low-lying areas were inundated. More than 270 Fallen trees were reported as the city of Hong Kong battered down batten down during the typhoon.
