CO2 is doing more damage than heating Earth

Rachel Maddow 7/1 reports CO2 is destroying nutrition in rice and other agriculture products, and I just posted yesterday we should think of the effects CO2 is having on human brains.

Rachel then gives report of Trump basically closing the USDA by moving it to Kansas on one month's notice,causing scientists to have to disrupt their work on studying effects of climate change on agriculture by moving everything or "Those scientists will be fired two weeks from today, hundreds of them." 
Corn, it's affecting corn as well, and grasses cows eat. So not only will there soon be flooding and desertification, but also food grown on a CO2 blanketed Earth will not be as nutritious as it is now.

I used to Joke that CO2 was destroying human brain cells as well as heating the planet, but lately I think it really is true. Humans are getting stupider and stupider, globally. IQ scores are lowering, especially in children who live near highways, I read recently. It's like a kind of Zombie apocalypse, and just like Idiocracy, we never meant for silly movies like that to come true. Forget climate change, Humans are getting so dumb on their own fumes that they will likely self destruct before the planet has a chance to heat up.
