Amazon has turned into 3rd world market of thieves

No Wonder Bezos is so rich. His customers get robbed while Jeff rubs bodies at foam parties. I've tried to report:

"JULY 7 AM I checked on a delivery and got a note from Amazon saying I'd changed my name and password when I DID NOT. Now I cannot access my account and someone else is. I canceled credit card so they can't buy more, but I cannot see the dozens of videos I purchased to watch there, plus there are THIEVES using my account and I can't. Please Fix This. I cannot call to report this, as at same time yesterday AM as this, my Lifeline phone "deactivated" and I think I am under hack attack and Amazon is one way they are getting to me."

You can waste hours filling out forms at "customer service" only to be told by AI in response, that's not the right form. 

I HATE AMAZON NOW when I used to praise it.

Three times earlier this year, Products arrived so demolished that I could not return them. in 2010 Amazon would refund those products without question; this month you call and argue and argue and argue until you get so tired you just give up,

Twice, AI on Amazon told me to return a box of broken glass. I was not willing to harm postal workers just to get a 20 dollar refund. But Bezos's market of thieves was fine with it. The 3rd broken item, I just gave up and took another loss.

Bezos gets richer while the old lady on Soc Sec loses $200 to his neglected business with no way to get it back.

It's a third world marketplace full of thieves, all the way to the top.

I'm homebound crippled can't drive no sidewalks even. I have to use Amazon. They have dozens of videos I paid to watch in that account, someone is enjoying them not me.
