I am more relaxed and Serene than I have been in years. At age 77, I think I finally came to a stop. I have had PTSD since Age 5, a condition that caused me to live faster than the speed of life. I've been a workaholic forever. Recently Google made changes that caused my blog to become so difficult that I can't continue it the way I have been. They've made it almost impossible to put a transcript here,
I used to supplement my Social Security checks working as a transcriber until AI took over, so I know how many hours it would take me to produce manually the transcripts I've been posting here and nobody's paying me so ….
Plus, I'm watching the news and all that oil infrastructure blowing up and pouring Mass amounts of thick CO2 into the air and I'm thinking, what good is anything going to do for the climate after this.
I found a place online where I can stream Columbo for the next 3 days for free and I'm just going to sit here and stare at the beautiful location shots of Los Angeles in the 1960s while the Sun finally reaches me in the spring sky here up in Lake Tahoe area. It disappears low in the sky again in November. I'm not sure what's going to happen to the blog; for now I'm focused on the DIY hospice part.
I've been battling since I was 17 years old and saw the guys coming back from Vietnam so screwed up; I almost dropped out of high school to become an anti-war activist and I haven't stopped responding with passioh since then wow 17 to 77. numerically this is a good time to slow down at least,
if not stop.
