Summarizing recent history in a Facebook haiku

If we had listened to Jimmy Carter and gotten off oil in 1970s, today we'd have clean air, and the Saudis would be dirt farmers.
They wouldn't have then been able to pay Putin to destroy USA using Russian spy tactics. It all goes back to oil.
