Now those persons are groomed to be told a killer virus is not real and believe it.
The ongoing argument in USA about masks and virus hoaxes is a result of 30-plus years of disinformation. From Fox News to talk radio to the dark web, there is a population of Americans hearing "alternative facts" and for some, in rural small towns especially, disinformation is almost all they have heard for years, generations. Now those persons are groomed to be told a killer virus is not real and believe it. The main reason Covid is worse in USA than any other country is the blowback from science deniers/ Limaugh listeners who still think Covid is a Democratic hoax while people get sick and die from it all around them. Amazing. The real enemy right now is disinformation, probably written in Russia, but financed ?? someday we will know. But right now, People Have to stop Believing the disinformation, even when it comes from Trump himself. Please
