Down south and closer home now this is from Tamil Nadu our weather update and a concerning one- a heavy rain lashing Chennai and several parts of Tamil Nadu on Tuesday the Indian metrological department has issued warnings for heavy rainfall in isolated areas. Now a holiday has been declared already for schools and colleges.1.25
This is the State of Affairs in Chennai this is the state of preparedness for the monsoon. As part one of a reality to check we visited Tamil Nadu in Chennai where potholes pose as death traps and residents risk their lives everyday just to make it home.
