"70% of East India state of Bihar now goes underwater every year, destroying lives in silence. What we all saw shocked us: Almost entire villages swallowed by Ganges, gone forever. In Jawaniya over 300 families are living on roads, sleeping under plastic sheets with nowhere else to go. Elderly and kids live in constant fear of the next flood. "Through videos like this, I aim to show you places that most people never see - both the devastating reality and the incredible resilience of people who refuse to give up, so that we raise voice for them."

Bihar is a state in East India bordering Nepal. It is divided by the River Ganges. Important Buddhist pilgrimage sites include the Bodhi Tree in Bodhgaya's Mahabodhi Temple, under which the Buddha meditated.
