Oct 9, 2026 Massive Hurricane Rachel waves batter Southern California beaches and cause severe coastal flooding. This is raw footage taken in Laguna Beach and Dana Point on 10-9-26. Nobody thought the ocean force would be this strong and could have been a Kelvin wave. Be safe out there to everyone on the Southern California coast, its going to be a wild weather event from Hurricane Rachel. This El Nino is proving to be crazy!
