Disinformation is a weapon of war and Democrats just laid down arms and let our enemies attack unimpeded

Of course I'm voting democrat and for the vacancy tax this November, but I'm scared. Because whoever went to all this trouble to destroy USA from within wasn’t doing it for TV ratings. I know enough history to know what a critical election this is for our nation. Unfortunately most Americans voting today barely read anything in their lives until someone put a Smart Phone in their hands, then those voters believed everything that came in to them on their phones, no questions asked, indeed thinking they were privy to some secret inner society, QAnon et al. 

We never should have cut back on public education.

But still the Democratic Party is complicit in this slow moving coup.

They let the right prevent any Supreme Court nominations from Obama.

They let Trump's nominations to the Court outright lie to Congress at their confirmation hearings. 

They let Trump fill hundreds of lower court judge positions with unqualified true-believers. Didn't the Dems even notice??????

Nancy P and friends stood by with mouths hanging open while Jan 6th happened and then held a few hearings but let organizers and anti-American sympathizers such as Josh Hawley and Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Greene and so many others proceed unimpeded.

They watched the likes of GunsandHandsy from Rifle Colorado take "patriots" on tours of Congress on Jan 5th. Republicans chose her for their Congressional nominee last night, from a "new" district she could use to con her way back into Congress. 

And now we get to watch America elect a guy who openly shared state secrets with foreign agents, beginning the first month he was in office in 2017; Trump got spies and their contacts killed in several nations by leaking state secrets through his entire 4 year term. 

The Saudis paid Trump's son in law $4 billion dollars and Dems in Congress did not even mention a possible hearing on it. Then they watched the MAGA GOP destroy the life of Hunter Biden when he really did not break a law at all, he was just the President's son. So Soviet and Dems let it happen. 

They watched as Trump eliminated Public Information Offices from all federal agencies his first month in office.

They watched as Trump replaced long time civil servants at federal agencies with unqualified personnel who are loyal to Trump. Those loyalists are all still there. Now Trump's guys want the right to fire civil servants and replace them with political nominees. For them first. 

And if we elect Joe Biden, they will NEVER let him take office Jan 20 2025. Just like the Wallace machine in South Lake Tahoe won't let a vacancy tax ever happen even if 90 percent of residents vote for it.

Sorry, I've lived too long to think this can ever turn out well. 

I probably won't go anywhere but online for awhile, tiptoeing in dead of night to the mail room to avoid the MAGA believers who live in my HUD building. The Fed gov pays most their rent, they're on Social Security plus SSI if that's too low, the food bank delivery brings everyone to the lobby, many are on food stamps, yet they are MAGA Republicans who love Donald Trump. That's how well the brainwashing of America has worked. 

This is not the USA I loved and served.
