It irks me when people say aging gracefully means looking and acting young. NO. I want to embrace aging itself. I hobble on stiff legs, my memories are from another century, I'm proud of my white hair AND my wrinkles. I am a little old lady and that's what I am. I accept aging as a stage in life even with the limitations, find things to do that are Not Athletic and that's called being honest. Cher is not my role model. I like Betty White better.
