If Only

Kay Ebeling
9 mins
From behind a tree in Hanoi pop several Viet Cong, aging yet eerily buffed and agile, who throw a towel over the head of Donald Trump on his way to the john to wash his hands before dinner with North Korea's leader, who is licking his fingers at the table after eating both his and Donald's appetizer. He knows what is going to happen.
The soldiers march Donald and his family into the jungle of Vietnam, and photos go viral soon of Ivanka and Jared behind the Donald and several Republican leaders, an image that is almost a recreation of capitalists being marched out of Hanoi into the jungle at the "end" of the Vietnam War.
Years later, Ivanka re-emerges looking much like Patty Hearst carrying a rifle and storming the White House as a member of the New Age Liberation Army.
ah there will be so much material to create bad guys and antagonists for years to come thanks to D Trump et al.
I guess you can say this has been more "interesting" than it would have been if Hillary won, where we'd all just be sending our kids to new colleges and stuff...

So glad I ended up hiding in a mountain hut with these developments

These traitors are shipping nuclear materials to the Saudis, same stuff Obama worked so hard to stop the Iranians from developing our own President is giving to the Saudis, and no one is stopping it. This attack uses disinformation not only to deceive but to nullify the people into just going along. If nothing else, NATO, the UN, should step in and stop Trump but it seems everyone is letting themselves be distracted. With Brexit happening at the same time? And the Gilets Jaunes? Yikes, I'm just glad I'm in a small town on a mountain top, hiding under six feet of snow, hope the frozen wall around me protects me as this shit is about to blow!

High Scams and Misdemeanors

Replying to
Trump just got $1.5 billion of US defense dollars drained into a construction project that will probably never happen but the money will disappear. Wonder who will get that cash?

Notes on reaching age seventy

One advantage of being old, if you screw something up, you can pretend you're just a dotty old lady with a fuzzy memory. Huh? What happened? When? Ah, getting away with stuff. I could do this for another twenty years. Hmm, what can I get away with on purpose, heh heh...
*
I'm looking forward to ten years from now when this Trump mess is over and lots of films and TV shows are made about this era, the characters are hilarious, the caricatures. I mean imagine being a comic actress and getting to play Kellyanne. I am staying healthy as a 70 year old can With That One Motive of I want to see how this all plays out and how it affects American culture in future.
Popcorn time
*
Nancy Pelosi is giving me all kinds of ideas about how a woman in her seventies can look. Great!
*
My goal now, age 70 and Damaged, is to stop now, or at least slow down, finally. My plan now is to heal with a slow paced life, serene sounds, lots of sleep, music, comedy, casual conversation about simple things. I am HEALING from the last 69 years, from the monsters who raised me to the way I took those twisted lessons into my life. As a result, a lot of things happened to me, not just the priest thing, I grew up in comfortable neglect, Then I had two kids with no idea how to raise them so now I am all alone. I could sit here and cry but instead I have another twenty years or so, you don't die of arthritis, so only thing left for me to do is HEAL from it all. Spend a lot of time horizontal, spend a lot of time silent, replace anger and regret with acceptance, they were all just doing what they do it was my karma to be born into that family and then be thrown out there to experience everything I did. If nothing else, it was a great story...

I have transcribed for a living since 1998, 21 years now. So I have been witnessing the effects that Americans not reading is having on their speech patterns. Over and over lately, I get down what the person says and it is a mishmash, sentences start, go off and become something else, verbs do not match tenses, and in the end they smile and go, "you know." [Laugh].
Reading helps one structure thoughts in an orderly fashion to form sentences. People who don't read do not know how to do this simple thing that 40 years ago, when almost everyone read a daily newspaper, everyone could do, almost everyone. One way to turn USA back around is get people reading again, not on screens, in books and papers you hold in your hand. And writing. Holding a pen and writing on paper is Wonderful, it has a different effect on thought than hitting a computer keyboard. I remember seventh grade English class where we diagrammed sentences, a discipline that still exists inside my head at age 70. I just wish I'd taken more higher math courses as those also organize thoughts in your brain. But this lack of knowledge of our own language in USA, while persons are moving here from other countries who are fluent in several languages, is like a kind of self destruction
At the convention in San Francisco in 1964, conservative Republican speakers 'not only attacked the liberal Republicans; they scarcely missed an opportunity to attack the press as well. Even Eisenhower joined in this game, including in his speech a paragraph sharply criticizing us: “Let us particularly scorn the divisive efforts of those outside our family, including sensation-seeking columnists and commentators, because, my friends, these are people who couldn't care less about the good of our party.”
‘As he read his statement, delegates rose in their chairs and shook their fists toward our booths in the balcony. Eisenhower looked startled by the reaction.
‘The episode concerned me. I had never heard Eisenhower express such opinions before. . . . [later] I brought up the offensive paragraph. Ike seemed surprised, as if he hadn’t heard those words before, let alone uttered them. He stumbled around in what seemed to be almost an apology. I got the distinct impression that the import of the words had not struck him as he rehearsed his speechwriters’ work.’
From “A Reporter’s Life” by Walter Cronkite [1997], a book that showed up on the free table here in Tahoe Senior Plaza the other day and as I read through it, I came across that tidbit, showing the more things change, the more they stay the same. . .

Trump's Emergency Act makes USA vulnerable by taking resources, including Defense, from real threats, what a President who was working to destroy USA would do.

Trump is a Trojan Horse who Americans voted in like residents of Troy let in a sparkling horse.

Trump is getting so fat, maybe he and Whitaker and a few others can just
Be The Wall.

Monday, February 11, 2019

Roger Stone came up with "the wall" being used now to close US government, while we investigate Stone's connection to Russia and the Trump election.

Think about that.

Shutdowns brought to you by Putin

Government shutdowns could be another kind of information warfare. They started in the period of first right wing Gingrich revolution in 1990s, same time Fox News arrived on cable lineups convincing Americans that shutting down the government is a good idea. There were three or four short shutdowns to see what suffered, what benefited, all in preparation for this takeover of USA by Russia/Saudis- a decades long campaign that is playing out its real goals now.

Twin Towers are still tumbling down.

They used a new kind of weapon, hijacking airplanes and flying them into critical buildings in 2001. America responded with conventional warfare, and we got mired in Iraq and then Afghanistan within a year.  The U.S. is still at both wars today. Another unconventional weapon, misinformation,  had been attacking USA since arrival of Fox News in mid 1990s. After 9/11, they blanketed central and rural USA with hate radio and a distorted message about the Second Amendment that put millions of guns into the hands of mentally deranged persons.

Still, getting Donald Trump elected in 2016 was a coup of biblical proportions. The geographic region that produced the Trojan Horse thousands of years ago arose again to bring down the USA by dangling a shiny object as a presidential candidate and getting Americans to let the Trojan Horse inside by voting for him.

Now when Donald Trump opens his mouth, more attacks on the U.S.A. take place, on our press, on our government, on outspoken celebrities, on media outlets, on the FBI and CIA, on drinking water, on clean air.  Right now military personnel are being wasted at the Southern border far away from a real threat. The federal Treasury is draining right into Donald Trump’s bank accounts, as every trip the president takes, he and the entire entourage stay in his properties. The president is today February 11 2019 threatening to close down the federal government again if taxpayers don’t sully up five point four billion dollars for construction companies Donald's lined up to build a wall that will be torn down a few years from now.

Meanwhile information warfare on Americans goes on. While the U.S. focuses on conventional wars that accomplish nothing, our enemies, Russia and Saudi Arabia, are bringing down America right now, today, with… public relations.  They just get the news media to keep carrying their message.

Under Trump, we are Not living in a reality show, this is The Twilight Zone.

The Twin Towers are still tumbling down. The chaos in USA started on 9/11. Everything since is weirdness and Americans reacting to it.
Probably the same guys (Saudis) are behind it all.
Probly best way to fight back is don't pay attention.
something like that.
Find a way to tune out the chaos..
we are Not living in a reality show, this is The Twilight Zone.

Today Americans who watch the news will, over and over, see pics of a white governor doing a black face routine in his school yearbook. Then they will hear details of an alleged forced blowjob on his lieutenant governor a few years back.
Details. Graphics. Pictures, repeated, demeaning and degrading us.
This is Information Warfare.
In 20 years we will learn the origin of all this "dug up" dirt and who released it. I bet this campaign of character and career destruction one by one is being orchestrated by same persons who did WikiLeaks in 2016.
hopefully the damage will not be too great...
shutdowns make banks More Money. Hmm.
'...nine more days to pay $3,200 for her car — the accumulation of missed payments, late penalties, interest and repossession charges. If she failed to pay, the bank would resell her car to someone else and charge her the difference in price, possibly as much as $10,000. “We are hoping to be able to work with you as a loyal, long-standing government employee,” one letter read.'
(NOTE: Saudis own a large portion of banks in USA by the way)

PS
OMG found a movie on Amazon that is SO FUNNY and well done, Alexander Tovar wrote and directed, never heard of him either. Title is Show Business, and it's set in L.A. but Everything Else after that is a Woody Allen movie. The lead character is a chubby version of Allen in his twenties. All the lines in the film are HILARIOUS and the characters are all great sources of more comedy, especially if you've been in the middle of L.A. where the actors all live. Worth Looking For and watching to help tune out the Propagandists who are wreaking chaos all over everywhere... hello

Part of my aging is I have to walk real slow, as with arthritis it takes me half hour to get where I used to get in ten minutes, maybe longer if I stop for a puff...
I also stop often for a look around
I've discovered, the slower you walk, the more detail you see...
Also even though I only went One Block, I got a half hour of exercise so...
god is physics, evolution is creation, humans are defective but lovable. good morning

Remember, "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down that wall"? We've sunk so low

Interesting: The "build the wall" chant got started during the 2016 election by Roger Stone, who is in news now as the connection to Russia in Trump campaign.
COULD IT BE: russia is still mad about Reagan's call: "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down that wall" so Putin maneuvered it so "build that wall" would be the chant that accompanies the downfall of USA?
hmm?
Remember the USA glory when Ronald Reagan said, "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down that wall"?
Last week the 'Union of Concerned Scientists warned that the move (out of INF treaty) would “ultimately undermine the security of the United States and its allies.” '
I remember DECADES of work by pacifists. From demonstrations in the street to as high up as colonels and generals, people dedicated their LIVES to ending nuclear arms races. Now Trump is starting all of it back up, by himself, no one stopping him. astounding

Dear Pope: Your message of "love never fails" ignores your own history as written in your own Bible. Humans have to be ever diligent and alert, always ready to defend ourselves, as there is evil all over this planet and people who think all they have to do is pray and look gooey eyed and god will take care of everything are NUTS
Where, pray tell, in the Bible has god taken care of everything for people who just pray and wait? Where? "Let go let God" is googoo religion made up by AMERICANS. Humans need to be diligent not flakes.
but alas, it's probably too late now

I'm pretty sure destroying careers by digging into people's pasts and publishing old photos and quotes is a Soviet tactic from the 1940s.
Anyone else notice? This new thing where as a culture we destroy the lives of people based on photos and quotes from the past ALSO means those pictures and quotes are then in our news media over and over.
I THINK this is more INFORMATION WARFARE against USA as over and over we have to look at images such as Ralph Northam in black face, or hear descriptions of what Kevin Spacey did to a teenage boy at a party in the 1990s etc.
WE AS A NATION are being attacked by being exposed to these images and words over and over.
We are being demoralized, defeated, torn down, and destroyed, it's just Saudi/Putin are using no conventional weapons.
I miss Kevin Spacey
PLUS I'm pretty sure this kind of career destruction by digging into people's pasts is a Soviet Union tactic from the 1930s,

It's an accomplishment to make it to old age. Almost daily, things arise where I need to make a decision and take an action that may be difficult, but it keeps me alive and healthy. So reaching age 70 should be commended and respected.
