Typhoon Kalmaegi has unleashed severe and widespread flooding across 15 provinces in Thailand, leaving 470,000 people completely cut off from rescue operations. Entire communities are stranded as roads collapse, rivers overflow, and emergency responders struggle to reach the hardest-hit regions.
