We see several 1:41 pandel hoppers are out on the streets 1:44 early in the morning but facing 1:45 difficulties. Uh let me also take you 1:47 through with the approaching areas. So 1:49 the approaching area towards this pandal 1:51 you can easily understand how uh these 1:54 uh these uh you know uh roads or the 1:58 approaching lanes to this particular 1:59 pandal are soaked in water.
