Russian Gerasimov Doctrine now causing USA to destroy itself from within

Russia's Garasimov Doctrine uses unconventional warfare to weaken an opponent (USA) installing agents in media or leadership where they can cause disarray, especially w/disinformation, so institutions we've always relied on suddenly don't work anymore. Exactly what is going on now w/SCOTUS, Congress, trolls in media, QAnon, some police forces (Uvalde), the NRA misinterpretation of 2nd Amendment, people refusing to cooperate with public health, etc. All these disruptions result in dead Americans without Russian soldiers having to pick up a weapon.

There are likely more Garasimov disruptions going on now in USA, such as real estate developers building luxury condos while millions of Americans are homeless, such as the messaging from Big Oil (in which Russia and Saudi Arabia are major players) convincing Americans to buy huge SUVs and burn more gas, because global warming is a hoax...

It started around 2012 with comments showing up on every internet publication story, spreading the opinions we later saw from QAnon. the G Doctrine also placed agents in small towns near military bases where they wrote letters to the editor**  to local newspapers spreading the same message that was suddenly appearing on Fox News. Since the lies were repeated on Fox, they had credibility, even though they were outlandish and contradicted history.

The Garasimov Doctrine report came out publicly in 2013

QAnon appeared in early 2017, soon after D Trump took office as president, with documented help from Russia. His election lay open a wide arena for the disinformation to spread anti-American messaging.

Now we have red white and blue splangled memes calling on social media for one group of Americans to pick up guns and shoot another group of Americans, posted proudly by assault rifle wielding candidates for local and national political offices.

Administration is fleecing this nation

A fleecing of America and burlesque pageantry continue under this administration. The recent face to face meeting between our current president (sic) and the pope was a study in the contrast of characters.

While one has devoted a lifetime to the love and betterment of humanity, the other devoted himself to defrauding the people who had hoped for better.

The pope has washed the feet of the poor and non-believers and humbly avoided the trappings of office.

In contrast, our president's contact with the poor is through speeches. His community activism seems to have noticeably avoided the troubled kids of Chicago's projects in favor of promoting unions.

As far as the concern with elevating the impoverished and spreading the wealth of America to all, allowing Michelle Obama and mother-in-law to play dress-up and begin an early farewell tour of the world on the presidential aircraft, is more comparable to spreading the bill to all Americans.

Pope Francis seems to shun his papal trappings and probably blushes as some approach to kiss the pontiff's ring. This is in contrast to our president, who fully embraces the symbols of office and thoroughly enjoys the prospect of anyone approaching to kiss his uh, presidential trappings.

Substance or style? The electorate needs to choose. Do you want to succeed on your own merits, or do you want to continue casting protest votes for anyone promising to stick it to the establishment and put "free beer in all the milk machines"?

Reading about the corruption in Sacramento by three high-ranking Democrats: I'm so disgusted by the corruption in Senate. This is why when I hear anything about any gun-control laws by liberals and the misinformed Brady Campaign, I roll my eyes at the notion that these liberals actually think if they pass another gun-control law it will actually save lives.

We all know the facts go against these new laws. Notice you never hear the liberals talk about the corruption that is going on in the Democratic party? From the IRS to the state Senate, it's time to vote them out of office.

Attorney Orly Taitz has a lawsuit against the Social Security Administration for concealing records regarding Barack Obama's use of a stolen Social Security number that formerly belonged to Harrison Bounel (1890), who lived in Connecticut but moved to Hawaii not long before his death.

Madelyn Payne Dunham, Obama's grandmother, worked part-time in the Honolulu courthouse and had access to Social Security numbers of deceased individuals.

Barack Obama had a communist mentor at an early age called Frank Marshall Davis and he also associated with others like Bill Ayers, a domestic terrorist.

The Communist Party USA actively supported Obama's senatorial race.

If you were a communist and your goal was to destroy America from within what would you do differently than Obama is doing as our president?

Too many questions are not being answered and if it were any other president he would be forced to be forthright and answer to the American people. Where did he come from? How did he get elected when no one had heard of him before? No college records have been disclosed. He makes excuses for America, and on his visit to Muslim country he bowed to their leader. That alone should get you wondering if he really does have Americans in his best interest.

Where are the jobs?

There's a great future in fraud, scams, blackmail, graft, and freelance hoaxes, especially in the fields of finance and insurance. Didn't they make America great?

I keep trying to reach brainwashed Trump supporters, for example this chain of comments I wrote to a local right wing group on Facebook:

Trump supporters always deflect rather than respond. Every time there's a comment about Jan 6, Trumpguys say, well "what about" the 2020 BLM protesters where a handful smashed windows and started dumpster fires. Comparing those demonstrations to the violence and the danger to the very core of the United States of Jan 6 in D.C. is... false equivalency. 

Keep in mind, Everything from Fox news to Qanon to the Proud Boys is the result of very professional and experienced propaganda by foreign sources that has flooded USA. They want us to kill each other, hate each other, and believe lies that will result in the end of the US government as we know and love it. 

I'm sorry to see so many people around me fall for these lies, sad that you can't see the permanent damage you are doing to this great experiment in freedom that used to be the United States, and would hate to be you when you snap out of it and realize the damage Trump et al have done to our country, how guilty you will feel when the brainwashing stops and you see what you've done.

During Watergate they televised Hearings, where people were questioned and had to answer spontaneously.

Last night we saw a scripted presentation. We STILL are not getting to see and hear the whole truth. Why didn't they let us see the hearings like in Watergate?

We are living in a redacted world and I don't feel vindicated or gratified. Maybe next week...

If the hearing transcripts ever do come out, there will be masses of blacked-out paragraphs.

We are NOT watching hearings, we are watching what they are allowing us to see. Who is making the decision as to what the public can see?

POST SCRIPT: I don't believe Trump was behind Jan 6, I think a foreign power arranged it and Trump just followed a script, like he did through his whole presidency. So I'm disappointed with Jan 6 hearing that was not a hearing but really a presentation. I don't think we'll know who actually orchestrated the riot for a long long time.

WOW a friend who is smarter than anybody just told me I'm right, the Gerasimov Doctrine from 2013 explains what Russia is doing. Inevitable Hubris

I don't mind staying home to observe as events predicted since the 1970s take place. A heating planet, chaos that comes with over population, pandemics of new viruses- I'm almost entertained watching, because the wild-eyed scientists who tried to warn us for decades were right.

There's a kind of satisfaction in that.

I first heard that the planet was heating in the late 1970s,

In 1978 fresh out of college with a bachelor's degree, I got hired by NASA as a writer-editor in their newsroom in Houston. My senior year I lobbied myself into the job because I was a real space program enthusiast at the time, thought I'd even be a journalist in space if I continued on that career path. Then five years later I was back in L.A. working in the film industry.**

However, I left Houston with knowledge and information about our heating planet that at the time I didn't even realize was important, but today haunts me and enters my mind several times a day.

I learned in 1978 that the planet was heating too fast, at an alarming rate, and the effects could be devastating. I learned it while interviewing a geologist about his annual trips to Antarctica to collect stray asteroid rocks that land there. After the interview as I was packing up to leave his office he threw out, "You know what's really alarming is the planet is heating up and heating too fast." I stopped and he continued. He said every time he goes to Antarctica "you can see it, it's obvious.  The ice caps are melting." I said, isn't that just something that happens in cycles and he got excited. "Yes that's true but this is different. The amount of ice that is melting is alarmingly, not like anything that's happened before." I think I scampered away as I was still kind of young and in way over my head on that job.

But I never forgot what he said about the planet warming too fast, I never forgot the passion in his face, he was really alarmed.

So after that, now and then there would be a news story or magazine article about global warming, and I'd read it, and since that first conversation in 1978, I've read a lot of articles. And EVERY ARTICLE I read about global warming and climate change predicted new viruses would accompany it.  EVERY ONE.

I don't know why no one in today's news media is mentioning the connection between global warming and new viruses but … they used to before the viruses hit.

Okay here is where a real journalist goes into a research dive. I could track down those Scientific Americans or other magazine articles from the 1980s-2000 or so that predicted viruses would result from the ecological disaster humans are making of our planet.  Global warming and methane emissions and car exhaust and airplanes, it's all combining to make our own planet itself choke for air.

At age 72 (now 74), I have come to attribute life qualities to Earth, to think of the planet as a living organism with an immune system. It produces fire and flood and it ejects micro organisms to protect itself, just like humans produce antibodies to fight disease. Earth is just trying to stay alive and right now she's becoming overrun by parasites on two legs who keep trying to kill her.

So she's produced an RNA strand that humans call covid with an amazing ability to mutate so that no matter what the humans do, the RNA strand virus will keep on infecting.

I think the planet itself produced the Covid virus in 2019 and is still producing more versions of that and other viruses, because she wants the humans to STOP. Look around and see what you are doing to the planet and STOP. And if the only way the planet can get the humans to stop is to force them to stay away from each other or die, then Mother Earth will do what she has to do to protect her own.

Right now the virus is outsmarting the humans, because most humans are UNWILLING to adapt and change.  As I observe from my mountain top, I think of the dinosaurs who kept on going to the tar pits even after other dinosaurs died there over and over, so determined were they to get water, in what they call Los Angeles today.

Because those in power, elected reps in D.C., are not doing their jobs, at age 74 I'm up nights posting on social media trying to stop my nation from being destroyed. I should be doing golden things, sitting in the sun w/THC, coasting.

Democrats in Congress blame their repeated failures on two errant Senators, Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin. Dems say over and over, we can't get anything done because of Sinema and Manchin.

In some cases, Dems don't bother to try because of Sinema and Manchin.

Dems have given up, thrown in the towel, just filling up their calendar with parties and fund raisers until the next election instead of WORKING to find a way to get past Sinema and Manchin.

Wimps, impotent wimps.

At some point I'm not going to care anymore. Politicians gets paid real well and I feel like I work harder than they do while living in poverty. Kinda depleted...

PS: I never thought I would miss LBJ but if he was around now, Sinema and Manchin would be shamed into private life.

Memoir by Kay Ebeling, featuring Nancy Pelosi and the Black Panthers

In 1968 at age twenty, I was probably the youngest paid staffer in the Peace and Freedom Party. A few years earlier riding around San Gabriel Valley passing joints with a car full of friends, one fellow who’d just returned from Vietnam badly damaged went on a rant that lasted several minutes describing what fighting that war had been like. He said, “We were dropping napalm trying to recapture Michelin Plantation” and I interrupted him: “Wait,” I said, “you mean the U.S. is fighting this war to protect corporations like Michelin tires?” He stopped, took a moment to think, then said, “Well yes ma’am I guess we are.”

Soon I was volunteering at Peace and Freedom Party headquarters on Western Avenue in Los Angeles, having become so passionate about stopping the war that I’d show up when the office opened and stay until it closed. So they gave me the title L.A. County Secretary and a small salary. 

Because I was good at taking notes and typing them up as “minutes” I went to several state wide Peace and Freedom Party meetings, although I was so young and inexperienced, I often was not even sure what they were saying.

I do remember at one meeting in San Francisco encountering Nancy Pelosi.

The auditorium was dark, like a movie theater, the audience was full. 

Nancy Pelosi showed up dressed sharp with two young men and took the stage. People around me wondered who she was, most had not seen or even heard of her before.  The murmurs around me were that she was a rich girl from back east, highly connected, and for some reason she was now in a position of power at the top of Peace and Freedom Party California, even though no one in the audience seemed to know much about her. 

She was with two men. They spoke to us with authority and told the crowd we had to stop being confrontational for the good of the future of the party. Most of the activists around me WANTED to be confrontational, as it was the Vietnam war that had driven us into politics and it was showing no signs of ending soon.  We were chomping at the bit to continue being confrontational.

I remember the murmurs going through the crowd, “Who is this woman?” “Who put her in charge?” "Who the f--- is she?" (God I wish I remembered better.)

However, Pelosi and the two guys with her pretty much took over the meeting, announcing to a roomful of persons who’d been demonstrating against the war together for months that the tone of our demonstrations had to change. They told us we were defeating our purpose by shouting things like “Hey Hey LBJ how many kids did you kill today” at rallies outside the then president’s hotels. 

Voices of protest rose from those of us in the theater seats and were ignored.  

This meeting may be where the idea of Peace and Freedom Clubs was born. Instead of anti war marches, P&F Clubs were neighborhood groups that met in homes over coffee and snacks, a kinder gentler way to protest war and racism and economic disparity, so that nobody would get mad at us.

Another time in 1968, I was jammed into a car with members of a Peace and Freedom club that met in the Los Feliz district riding from L.A. up to Richmond California for a statewide meeting.  Almost all of us wore Birkenstock sandals and natural colors and voted P&F or Socialist in election precincts near Griffith Park, Pasadena, and the Hollywood Hills.  At the meeting venue, our carful of riders joined several others from L.A. and filled several rows in the auditorium where we listened to speakers from Berkeley and San Francisco, who always seemed to me to be smarter than people from L.A.

Suddenly at the back of the room, the doors burst open loudly and several members of the Black Panther Party arrived. They wore jackets and berets and three or four of them carried long guns (I'm pretty sure they carried guns, but I'm age 74 now and my memory may be tainted).

They scared us. A murmur of shock spread through the audience as the young black men stomped through up to the stage and took over, literally forcing the white guys in Birkenstock's off the stage.

Intimidating and threatening, one of the Panthers took the microphone and said, “We're taking over” and "We all need to be more confrontational" and a lot more forceful snide and derogatory things that I cannot now remember well enough to quote. That day in late 1968 the Black Panthers took over the California Peace and Freedom Party and stayed in charge for quite a while.

The meeting ended in discord, and the suburbanite progressive thinkers I came with were shaken and shocked as we headed out of the auditorium and down the highway home.

I wish I could remember more.  Today I Googled around and phoned a few places trying to find someone who was at either one of those meetings and got responses such as “1968? You've got to be kidding.” I hope someone who was there will read this blog post and get in touch with me and help jog my memory about what happened at those meetings, what was said, how the participants reacted.  Email Kay Ebeling at cityofangelslady @ yahoo dot com.

Driving home from Richmond to Pasadena that night, most the passengers in our car were not happy with what happened and only broke the silence a few times to say they would probably not have anything to do with the Peace and Freedom party again after that.

I didn't know what to think.

Now days I keep remembering both incidents, especially the appearance of Nancy Pelosi. I remember commenting at the time that she did not seem to me to be that smart but she was highly connected, like she is today. 

And the anti war movement DID become less confrontational after that meeting, and less effective.

I can't help making the connection now that in 2009 Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House, again, as Obama started his presidency. Congress had an opportunity then to investigate George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for war crimes, and from what I saw, most Americans wanted to find out what the truth was behind our engagement in Iraq.

But Nancy Pelosi was in charge and announced that Congress would not be confrontational, that now is not the time to create divisiveness by investigating Bush and Cheney, let's try to work together and put the past behind us.

We all see how well that worked out.

In 1969 I left L.A. and went to live in a commune in Laguna Canyon where Timothy Leary often dropped in to pass a pipe.  Back then a lot of “dropouts” aka “hippies” were people like me who’d grown disenchanted with how ineffective our efforts had been to stop the war in Vietnam, what now is known officially to have been an illegal war thanks to leaks such as The Pentagon Papers, disenchanted with how the persons in power even in activist groups would not be as confrontational and forceful as they needed to be to get results.

Wonder if people in their twenties are starting to feel that same frustration now.

Wonder if a new kind of counter culture will develop now.

I can't help thinking: Mass shootings, covid lies, wealth disparity are part of a covert attack on USA from the shadows

I can't help thinking the fact that USA just lost three wars- Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan, none of which we should have even engaged in- has something to do with the mess we are in today.  Especially when I see how many mass shooting victims are children, I can't help thinking of all the children USA slaughtered as collateral damage when our troops carried out drone attacks in the Middle East from computer screens. I can't help thinking that somehow someone is orchestrating these gun slaughters in retaliation for those US Army drone attacks on civilians, that someone from those very nations we attacked is now using persuasive disinformation on the dark web to reach vulnerable and willing American AR15 owners with messaging that U.S. law enforcement does not even see.  

I can't help thinking if we keep allowing white supremacists and freelance militias to grow in our nation, the new entity that will develop- which we can't even imagine today- will be worse than what developed in Germany in the 1930s while its citizens looked the other way and pretended something horrible was not growing in power around them. Imagine, what could be new and more evil and powerful than the Nazis were last century?

I can't help thinking the American government has become incapable of solving a problem as blatant as humans living on the street in tents and wrecked RVs in Los Angeles while mansions sit empty on L.A.'s West Side. Angelenos voted in 2016 to spend $6 billion to build housing for the homeless and six years later almost none has appeared, the few structures that did go up costing close to a million dollars for each unit.  There are ways to solve these problems, but American officials get bogged down, immobilized, rendered impotent by invisible constraints and the problems keep getting worse.  

I can't help thinking about covid disinformation- that it was a hoax and that wearing a mask was more dangerous than the virus- caused our pandemic casualty numbers to go higher than one million last month.  Today different strains of SARS are still spreading in USA while every news group and entertainment venue announces, “the pandemic is over"; I can't help wondering what public health professionals and epidemiologists feel while their only way to counter with truth is to post pleadings on social media, “the pandemic is not over,” which posts are then bombarded with disinformation attacks in their comments saying, “oh you're just living in fear” as persons who take covid seriously are demeaned and teased and vilified on Twitter etcetera. Disinformation is a weapon of war that kills from secret locations. 

I can't help thinking there are intel agents in Russia and the Middle East whose entire job is to spread lies in USA over the internet with the goal of killing Americans without having to leave their desks. 

I can't help thinking USA has become impotent to fight back against disinformation warfare because it lost those three wars and never acknowledged any wrongdoing on America's part. Now a cadre of international corporate elites run the U.S. government from behind the scenes, as leaders of these disinformation attacks.  You don’t have to be an American citizen to own large chunks of stock in American corporations and sit on boards of directors.  Who is making the decisions then, really, to continue allowing the wealthy to pay no taxes, to continue construction of luxury mansions while so many Americans live on sidewalks. How much did global weapons manufacturers influence Biden's decision to send millions of dollars worth of war weapons to Ukraine while Americans can't afford to buy groceries or fill up gas tanks. Who is behind the move.to force Americans to work at slave wages while the corporate owners purchase new and larger yachts? Who is really in charge?

I can't help thinking there's a connection between the number of weapons of war now in the hands of individuals in American neighborhoods and the disinformation warfare that is being carried out in so many places in our nation.  The Second Amendment does not advocate for stockpiles of assault rifles in suburban backyards, but there's a whole generation of Americans who think it does, thanks to disinformation, funded by NRA, fueled apparently by Russian agents, carried out perhaps in coordination with Saudi Arabia? 

I can't help thinking the persons running everything in USA from places where no one can see them are from the nations we attacked for no legitimate reason, making casualties of their economies and population for no legitimate reason; then USA had to withdraw from their nations leaving behind massive resources because America had once again lost a war after engaging in it for no legitimate reason. 

I can't help thinking maybe we’d all be better off if whoever is running this country from behind the scenes stepped out of the shadows and just took over, by seizing the military grade weapons from civilians saying fuck your Second Amendment, by sweeping up homeless persons and installing them in the unoccupied luxury condos that have recently gone up in so many American cities, by emptying over populated private sector prisons and building factories and farms for persons who have no where to go to work and live, by being forceful that everyone has to follow public health protocols during a killer-virus pandemic. 

I can't help thinking we might be better off if USA lies down and lets this other entity that is covertly running everything to just take over for a while, trusting that whatever happens, it can't be much worse than what we're going through now.

We need forcefulness- not timidity and fear of retaliation and losing elections- at this critical time in history, before things get even worse than they are now.

I can't help thinking what may seem like the worst solution may be the only one we've got.

Can we surrender and make it all stop? I am thinking...

PS: When did redacted docs and spokespersons saying "I'm not at liberty to divulge" appear in USA? Pretty sure since I was a woke teenager in 1960s, I never encountered either. Today's secrecy was a gradual loss of freedom that Americans are now accepting as normal. IT'S NOT!!! I think this clandestine day-to-day business started when NYT and WaPo released The Pentagon Papers showing Vietnam was a giant war crime. The Powers That Be have been pushing back and covering things up with more determination ever since.

Disinformation is a weapon of war, now skewing the 2nd Amendment to kill Americans

Since it causes Death to Americans, could the disinformation flooding USA be coming from the same guys who shouted “Death to America” for decades?

Spreading disinformation about the 2nd Amendment is an act of war against USA carried out by persons who don't even realize they are carrying out an act of war on their own country and getting Americans killed.

God, do we need better education in this country!

18 mass shootings have taken place in USA since Uvalde, but they are becoming so common, they do not even make the news anymore (per France 24 report June 2 early AM, there were three more mass shootings in USA before the day ended).

Whoever convinced politicians to vote for "open carry" laws sure made it easy for mass shooting gunmen to gain access to public places.

NRA is funded by Russia. Connect the dots.

At least now I see why NRA/Russia flooded USA with disinformation about guns and the Second Amendment: To get Americans killed.

The Nazis only took guns away from Jews, Homosexuals, and the same population that later ended up in concentration camps. Nazis took away their guns as part of a growing oppression of certain persons. Nazi rulings on guns were nothing like anything going on in USA now. I had to look this up again to refresh my memory of World History, and it took 5 minutes to find confirmation.

I'm concerned as Repubs keep bringing up this "Nazis took away guns" reference as an argument against gun laws in USA. Once again, the American right is twisting history to meet their agenda.
