We are basically under attack using nonconventional weapons and have been since last summer maybe longer, and part of their strategy is the Non Response of american officials bk this has never happened before and we really don't even know how to fight back, plus somehow they got Republican leaders to go along with it. You gotta hand it to Putin, he's good.
