I've said this before but I feel it even more now: the USA developed the technology, then we used it to play games while our enemies used the technology to attack us. And I'm adding now that we were so distracted that we left several Wide Open Ways for them to attack us, and we are only figuring it out after it's happened. And the attack's not over.
